We started Phazer Electric in 1990 with a keen focus on Provincial Government contracts and projects. Phazer Electric witnessed slow, steady growth over the next 15 years, and I oversaw the expansion of the company with likeminded administrative and field staff.
I have had the great opportunity to assist, guide, and mentor some deeply passionate staff here, and wear many hats as needed. Being a small business owner has given me the chance to grow and advance immeasurably on a personal level, as well as a businessperson who started working on the tooling side.
In early 2018, I became the sole owner of Phazer Electric and have enjoyed growing in administrative and accounting areas. This has been a great challenge. By going through this transition, I was able to create many efficiencies that have helped the company and once again allowed me to grow personally.
I have a passion for this business and industry. I enjoy the challenge of employing genuine problem solving while considering all stakeholders. I personally look forward to pushing the business with likeminded clientele, while keeping what has made us successful as the as fuel for expansion.
