This brand-new warehouse space located in Oshawa has been sub-divided for occupation by its first tenant. The entire space involved a new interior fit-up, which consisted of new office spaces with LED lighting, expansive warehouse space, and 200A 600V electrical service. It was a pleasure working with Chris Boileau and his team at Urbacon.
